Worse customer service and employees ever. It's indicative of how management manages. Never helpful, never greet you when you walk in, and never never never EVER say thank you after you pay your bill.

You may explain to GCI in regards to what you need & show them the incarceration paperwork. But, I strongly suggest you get a birth certificate, then I.D. & a social security card.
