I have absolutely LOVED my NorthState internet! I’m sad that they aren’t more widespread available, but definitely way better and faster than Spectrum. Their customer service is beyond what you’d expect and it’s all local based. Very grateful to them for their affordable pricing and fast speeds.

As far as internet goes, there services are the best. However installation takes over a week. This does not help those who work from home, especially during a pandemic. I signed up for service and paid my 100 dollar deposit/install fee and now i have to wait 10 days for them to get us the router. But other companies like spectrum do it same day.
