Joe Henning has an anger issue. He should not be dealing with customers. Three different occasions I had to leave the branch after his temper flared out of no reason. I also witnessed raising his voice to a customer.

This was the best Wells Fargo drive -thru in the area but for the second time, I have waited after sending my deposit in for over 5 minutes-maybe even 10 minutes today. The worst part is that the teller began helping people THAT HAD PULLED UP AFTER ME AS I SAT THERE. THERE WERE ONLY 2 CARS IN THE DRIVE-THRU WHEN I PULLED UP. I will go to another Wells Fargo in this area from now on.
