Last June this settlement at Abstract title company 1723 Pine St. she held back $420 and $.20 because my water bill had not been paid at that time my water bill was paid September 9 of the same year yes a month after settlement. The lady who owns this company paid $420 on my water bill and now I cannot get my money back because they said since she paid less she has to get the money back first I don’t understand how she can get away with taking people’s money for $400.20 is a lot of money she’s a fast talker so I know she’s a slicker She keeps saying she’s going to pay me she has not sent me a penny yet so I’m going to take her to court

Literally the worst title insurance company ever!! I dealt mostly with a woman (the president) named Sandi/Sondra. She is extremely unprofessional and very rude. I would send her email after email asking very specific questions and she would completely ignore the emails and only respond with a “yes”. If someone sends you an email asking an OR question how do you respond with only a yes? And she would also respond in all Caps as if it was my fault that I had to questions to clarify information she never told me. Then when something went wrong, which of course happened because she wouldn’t answer my questions she blamed me for it and carbon copied everyone in the company in an email just to call me stupid. It was as if she suddenly learned how to use email since every time I emailed her it was like pulling teeth to get an appropriate response. Overall worst service ever, I would not recommend this business to anyone and Sondra if you read this, find a new job that doesn’t involve working with people since you have zero idea how to be kind and courteous.
