Always a peaceful place to watch an indie movie.

The staff was super nice, funny, and accommodating. Saw the midnight showing of 2001 A Space Odyssey. I grew up quite disliking the movie, but this viewing experience really changed my mind. Literally this theater is just that great, idk what to tell ya

I always love this theater. It has been around since the eighties and one of the original independent film theater. (For those of us old enough to remember the original TLA actually showed movies) My only regret is if not modernized the interiors at all for over 40 plus years. you really notice it when it comes to it's wheelchair accessibility, I do in particularly it is uncomfortable to sit through movie and many of the theaters. On the bright side they do have the best part of any theater in the city! I do hope they're here for many many more years to come!

A Philly cultural landmark, the venue that screens the greatest variety and quality of films from all over the planet. Very comfortable seats in mid-sized to smaller rooms. And they serve an excellent cup of coffee!

The owner just answered your question.
That's a subjective question. Pick one and you be the judge of that.
There is metered street parking right outside. Last time I was there (a Sunday night) there were spaces.
There is on street parking with meters.

What are the start times for the showing of Downton Abbey on Sept. 20th 2019?
Google Ritz Movie Theaters and it will list their movies and times
Don't believe so. It's still showing elsewhere. Worth seeing on the big screen!
They've been rount screenings. Probably in 2-3 weeks.
They're 10.25. I believe there is a student discount. I also think tickets might cost more for special events? I'm not too sure on that last one. The matinee price is usually 8.00. And i think there's also a senior discount price at 7.25. Hope this helps!
There is a variety of coffees,Italian-sodas,as well as regular soft-drinks. However, their biggest specialty,is buttered-pop corn;with real butter. Real butter on pop corn, was largely gone by about,1980!!
They sell gift cards. You can get them at the theater or online at Landmark Theaters.
