This location has been suffering for some time...new ownership has not gotten it together yet....and now the place is shut down for a couple weeks due to renovations/ equipment updates. They seem to have a hard time keeping their more customer friendly employees. Many seem to lack proper training on equipment or registers. I realize it takes time when you literally fired just about every person that wad there...but it was the blind leading the blind and the wait yimes in the drive thru and in the building are ridiculous at times. I recommend a better train the trainer program for their.core.members....include some customer communication skills.

The food and drinks are a hit or miss. Customer service isn’t that great. Cashiers don’t acknowledge or say anything to you when pulling up to the window.
