Best banking experience ever with Sheila at GTE today!! First I had some concerns with my account that she was able to address quickly. Then she asked if I'd be interested in a credit card. I explained I wouldn't be able to get approved due to my credit. She said let me look into it and advocate for you. Before the day was out she got back to me and I was approved and got my new card! Thanks for everything Sheila.
