My sister and I had a wonderful stay here. Terry was one of the highlights of our trip! She was incredibly polite and gave us the scoop on the flatwoods monster. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re ever passing through Sutton West Virginia, or even if you’re not!

This hotel was an accidental find but it was perfect for our stay for a weekend hunting for the Flatwoods Monster and exploring the New River Gorge. Our room has a balcony overlooking the highway and part of town with a view of the mountains. The staff were super friendly from the moment we walked in. It is the best service we've had in a very long time.

The rooms could be updated but the staff was very nice. The ladies at breakfast were nice and the food was good! Location is very easy to find and has a nice view.

Checked in and the young man working the front desk trying to correct my Grammer while talking to him. The bathroom floor had mold or whatever it was in the cracks, and whom ever had the room above me made noises almost half the night. Sounded like kids jumping around and not to mention the cigarette smoke that I could smell coming from the stairwell next to room. I definitely will never be staying again in my travels going through which is once a year .
