So I thought I read that this place had homemade cooking but I don't think that's the case. I honestly don't think the food was very good but our server was fantastic!! Here's what really upset me though... They only accept cash or check which is not posted on the door but instead a small sign by the register. There is a big ATM in the back of this small restaurant though 🤔 so you wait till your customers eat to tell them it's cash only and then you offer them an ATM with a fee. I just feel that there should be a sign on the door. Oh and someone posted a delicious looking piece of chocolate pie so I decided to get a piece to go and it was soggy crust barely any topping and the chocolate part had an odd aftertaste.

Had a late breakfast while heading home. Typical breakfast fare was the order of the day. Pretty tasty. Did I mention pieeeeeee, home made pie? Indeed they do; fruit and cream pies. I got the coconut cream.......and it did have shreaded coconut within. And of course, this place is a frequent stop for the locals. Lastly, a good diner would not be complete without a spunky, sassy, cheerful waitress, enter Jonna.

Great little gem hidden in the mountains. Real home cooking just like mom used to make! When they tell you the biscuits are large trust them and only order one! They are huge! Great price and great food great service! We look forward to the next time we pass through!
