Breakfast was good but not exceptional. Basics were done well. Potatoes were not hot just warm. I thought a little overpriced especially the nonalcoholic drinks.

It is unlikely they could accommodate a large party unless you are willing to sit separately. The patio may be an option but depends on how many people😉
Yes, you can have your pets outside on the patio but not inside.
I've never have a problem getting a table right away on a weekday morning or early afternoon.
