So my car was stolen from my home on March 12, 2021 in the wee hours of the night. The very next morning, before 10am, I reported this to Jason Cortez's office and they had rental options and a claims representative ready to talk to me within an hour. Fortunately, my car was recovered within 48 hours, but the claims department took a while to get back to me, in order to start the repair process. Consequently, Jason Cortez's office felt like my claim was not receiving the prompt attention that it deserved. So they contacted the claims department on my behalf and made sure that I got the coverage that I paid for. They did it without prompting. They are true advocates. This office empathized with my victimization and made sure that I received complete physical restoration. That's what insurance is supposed to do, give you a sense of restoration. Jason Cortez's office made sure that State Farm really was a "good neighbor" to me. I will never forget this experience. The people there, including Jason and Livia, were the only bright spots in that very cloudy situation. Thanks guys!
