This place was my home for 3 years. Every member of the staff from office to maintenance are outstanding. More like family than staff. The grounds are well kept and the neighbors are great. I only moved away because of my wife's illness. If I could, I would live there forever. Much love to Jack , Cathy and Genie. A great place to live

There is no pool, no fitness room, no amenities that you would think would be included in a place with The name "Resort" in it. Been waiting for the pool to be built for 3 years. No excuse.

Yes, this is a 55+ community. I was in the same situation and was ready to rent a spot, only to be asked my age. It does not appear to be advertised this way, but I assure you it is. Edit: You may be able to rent from a third party here. The park itself does not rent below 55 in my experience.
Well i don't live in area and i was only visiting due to family death....i sure her plot will be opened for rental. If it hasn't already been rented
I was there in 2015 and I believe it was near 500.a month + electric. Must have reservations. Park is a mess with construction,. Some might be done by Jan but no pool and a small bathroom. There is another park 5 miles away,. Never stated there and heard it was noisy on weekends. Good luck
