Ordered a Kia Soul or comparable compact to drive from this location to boca. The drop off location was known when this was booked with Expedia. Expedia had other options for both type of vehicle and vendor. We get to the location and are told by the manager that the type of vehicle we chose and paid for is unavailable for this trip (despite being next to the car they gave me) and we would have to accept a minivan or nothing. Classic bait and switch. Don’t go here. Also, the manager gave me the paperwork to do the review and tried to stop me from looking at the car by telling me that he did. Dude, you already lied about the type of vehicle why would I trust you? Don’t rent from them. I expect that you’re going to reimburse me for the difference in fuel right?

They canceled my truck the day before pick-up. I reserved this truck weeks ago. The worst part is they called AFTER business hours with no way to contact them. Save your money and go to U-Haul. Budget or this franchise doesn’t deserve your $$$.

Showed up at opening time to wait around for a half hour for someone to finally come to work. I lost my wallet this past weekend and canceled all of my cards but I have a digital card through my BUSINESS BANKING app and I was denied a vehicle. This is after I reserved it with a DIGITAL CARD. never again with this budget. This budget is always a hassle and an issue. Use any other budget besides this one.
