Shay is the most amazing staff at the SFB Airport Enterprise rental counter. She is professional, personable, thoughtful, and kind. They have a lot for returning vehicles even when closed. Personally I would take a few pictures of the condition when you left it!
Sanford airport is EASY car rental. Enterprise is ON SITE although the manager has the personality of a turnip..and they send out unregistered vehicles.....expect rudeness. Even though they are sister companies, the manager of ALAMO is very nice. For the few bucks..Id steer away from Mr personality at Enterprise.
There's also going to be a drop off charge. The best thing to do is to call enterprise and talk to them.

When I was there they didn't have one on property but it doesn't mean they don't. We got in very late that night.
I had a 11:40 pm arrival and they told me they stay until all Allegiant customers have time to arrive and time to reach the rental counter. I did call before to be sure. They stayed till everyone arrived.

They will stay open until you arrive, they did it for me a month ago when I landed late.
Yes they do but be careful make sure you take a video inspection you don't want them saying something happen to the vehicle that did not just be safe for both parties
