I had a 11:40 pm arrival and they told me they stay until all Allegiant customers have time to arrive and time to reach the rental counter. I did call before to be sure. They stayed till everyone arrived.
You should contact that location directly, I had a similar issue last year and they were able to take care of me.

There is an Enterprise at the airport Sanford. Just make reservations prior to your arrival as I am unsure of their office hours. Safe travels to you.
