I have been trying to get a medication sent in for over 2 weeks. Ive called several times , either get left on hold for over 15 min , or no calls returned. Having severe migraines and can't get any relief, and the girl at the front desk is useless

Dr.Ahmed is a great doctor! Gave me instant pain relief. Had lumbar epidural injections year apart and I feel great! His surgical center is also very efficient and caring. Jen and Sean took great care of me!! Jen is great with IVs. Great nurses and great doctor! Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you

Please beware of this Pain management group. Dr. Ahmad has fabulous bedside manner, However, once you become his patient, you never get to see him. You always followed up with his nurse practitioner.. They will bill your insurance for excessive amounts of money. If you like to see a nurse practitioner, go ahead and see this practice. They should definitely bill for seeing a nurse practitioner instead of a doctor, which they do not, scam! I even got calls asking to do more procedures??? Shouldn’t that be the doctor??? I never got to see him! Only the nurse practitioner, what a shame and I’m a nurse myself!

3/16/21 Last month I changed insurance companies because the one I had went out of network for this Doctor. I made sure when selecting a new insurance that my Primary Dr and Pain Mgmt Dr was in network. I called my Pain Mgmt Dr office to make sure they took my insurance, and was told they do. Showed up to my appt on the 8th and the lady at the front desk ran my insurance through and then I was told they do not take my insurance. I had to pay $120, for the visit. When I was in the room with their Nurse Practitioner, I told her what happened and she got the office manager and she told me to give her 2 days to find out and she would call me. SO, its been a week! In that week I called my insurance Co, told me they DO take my insurance and 3 way called the Central Scheduling Office where I was told that they do and would E-mail the office Manager to find out what is going on. Today I tried to call and was put on hold for over 10 min, so I called from another phone while still on hold from my phone and they answered and I asked to talk to the office manager and was put on hold for even longer. So now I'm on hold from 2 different phone. Never talked to the office manager and now it's after 5. Hmmm. Called Central scheduling and they tried to call but was put on hold and he also told me they take my insurance and said he will E-mail the office manager again. Starting to wonder if it's me. I want someone to give me an answer!

Lynn I have Medicare& Care Plus. I would contact them and they will be able to give you all the info. Good luck.
