Showed up at 7 for severe sinus congestion. Website says they r open till 7:30. Nurse said they were not seeing any more patients. She asked what was wrong and then said we needed a covid test before seeing anyone. I asked if they did testing she said no. So I said u won't see anyone for anything without a covid test and she said yes. I asked even if it is completely unrelated to covid, we need a test first and she said yes. So she wouldn't even let us make an appointment without a test that she refused to supply. We r vaccinated.

I now see why there are terrible reviews for this place. My son was experiencing ear pain and just needed someone to look in his ear. I called ahead of time a spoke to someone regarding what ages they see and insurance etc. I explained I'm not from here and the guy told me if my insurance was not accepted that I could just pay out of pocket and gave me the prices. I was fine with this and prepared to pay out of pocket if needed. He also told me that they were only taking walk-ins that day so at about noon I took my son in and they made me an appointment for 6:20 which I was a little bit confused about since I was told it was only walk-ins but I took it because hey who wouldn't rather an appointment instead of waiting. So we leave and come back at our appointment time, they ask for insurance and photo id. I explained that I wasn't from here and what my insurance was and I was told sorry we don't accept that insurance so I told her what I was told over the phone and that I could just pay out of pocket and then she told me that I was not allowed to pay out of pocket since I had insurance. I expressed my frustration and explain what I was told over the phone and that I had already been there once earlier, they basically didn't care and said go to the ER where they can't turn you away. Pretty sure it was the provider, she was rude with no compassion or consideration. They could have easily asked me for this information when I was there the first time instead of wasting my time. What place wouldn't just allow u to pay for a visit, makes no sense. I will be contacting someone about this as I believe I was lied to.

I just tried to go to see a doctor real quick since i already have seen someone about these really bad blisters breaking out on my neck it’s painful, they itch, burn and not getting better as quick as i was told before. I was prescribed a cream from a place already and ran out in no time as you are supposed to apply it 5 times a day so i thought i could see someone to be able to get a refill but i walked up to this minute clinic and there is no check in. A doctor is sitting on the computer not paying me any mind for about 5 min and than finally asks if she can help me so i asked if i could see someone real fast for my neck nd it’s obvious it’s so disgusting looking and like i said very painful she proceeds to say no we are closing but it’s 20 min before they close....very disappointed as i’m in a lot of pain and just need a simple cream to be prescribed
