You have to have a reinstatement letter which tells you exactly what you need to do/pay to get it back. My guess since it's suspended for a medical reason you may need to have something signed by your doctor. Call the phone# to request the reinstatement letter. Be sure your address is correct, if you've moved update it online first. Good Luck!

Yes. You will need two forms of id. Either passport and drives license or if I'm not mistaken is a birth certificate or social security card. I'm banking on it's the birth certificate. Also you f you have a passport you don't need a real id.

The line (usually) moves at a decent pace.. but you definitely have to get in line.. try to get there early when when it first opens .so that you're one of the first. I had to go back a few times and only once I waited more than a hour in line.. that was around 12pm

Only if you have your own car/someone else car yes because you need a license driver if you rent a car from them the person who rents you the car will sit in the car with you until the instructor gets in the car

You cannot simply change your name on your I.D You have to present certain documentations to prove that's who you are.

U just have go in and put on the form you want a duplicate camera card and it costs I think like 3 bucks or so it's not a big deal so if your getting a replacement I'd just add that to whatever the cost of the I'd renewal cost is

If my driver license is currently suspended in fact I am a bituary suspended driver i am much older now and need drive to doctor appointments weekly therapy because I had two back surgeries in one week and the surgery was not a success so long term therapy is needed aggressive therapy is needed I have no other way to get there

Social security card If he is above 18 years then two proofs of address. For all other categories other than US citizen or permanent resident refer penndot website for necessary documents.

Penndot license centres in phila are open tuesday through saturday 8.30am to 4.15pm. mondays its only for photos if you have a camera card. Thursdays 4. 15pm to 6pm its for photos if you have a camera card.
