Yes, but in Pennsylvania they are now processing 30 + 30 verification papers for a real ID. The licenses have not used for real id. You have to pay 30 + 30= 60.00

No you can't unfortunately, I did and wasted my time, they only do license photos. Gotta go to the regular DMV which they are not open on Monday's.

One or two months prior to your birthday (and date of expiration on your license) a renewal form will be mailed to you. Complete and mail back and a camera card will be mailed.

If you don't have a RealID license, that's one the documents that you'll need. Check the list, then go to PennDOT on Levick Avenue.

I would suggest you call them or visit. They should have protocols that would facilitate the process.
I believe you need to still do it through penndot but if you need your picture you can go there after you get your camera card. I would call first and double check.

Not that I saw. Pretty sure it is just a renewal center for Licenses. Neshaminy by the mall is where you can do the permit test.

No you can not its only a photo license center you need to go to the full Penndot service DMV to have a real ID processed. If you skreafy have s camera card gorbthe real I'd then you can have your photo taken here but that photo would be sent out to you in the mail within 14 days
