If I could have, I would have given them ZERO stars. As a new donor I registered on THEIR website with the promise of a $10 bonus, I've made 7 donations thrus far and have yet to receive my $10 bonus. I have made several attempts to find out what needed to be done and always got the run around, anything from needing a coupon code which was never sent, to all of a sudden today I'm being told that it's paid to your igive account. And I should have received points, which I did not, and have not to date. Also you are promised a referral bonus if you refer a friend. On said friends 2nd donation you receive a $50 bonus. Awesome! Right????? Wrong!! What they fail to tell you is that if the referral is not set up/registered in the exact way they want it, it is invalid. You will not receive ur referral bonus and nothing can be done about it. Basically, ur SOL buddy. Doesn't matter that you specifically asked 4 different employees and give the same assurance that even if my friend didn download the app from the invite I sent him, that after his 1st donation he can activate his igives acctand put my referral code in and we would receive the bonus. We did as instructed. And don't waste ur time bothering calling corporate, they do nothing but kick ur issues back to your donation center

The lines at this place are so long! The people who work here work so slowly! They are rude. !!! They should value their customers even though the people coming here are donating blood because they really need the money doesn't mean they should be treated any less than any other human being. The lines come out to the side of the building. If you go to wawa and use their ATM theirs no fee. But if you use the card at any other ATM you'll be charged what the ATM charges plus the card charges its own fee. Which is ridiculous when you gave your blood for that money. #CSLplasma Their are other locations like bio life that are faster and treat you better. In front of the store is dirty.

Unfortunately they are not about to spend $ on that. They need to hire more people.
Well they have a certain radius of zip codes they can take. They're not allowed to take anyone outside of the radius.
50 dollars, for first 4 visits i believe, after that your payment is based off your weight/donation amount. if you weigh 160 lbs you will be a max donor @ 880 ml per visit which pays 25 for first and 45 for the second visit of the week, not counting bonus's
Next time use peroxide gets blood out everytime!
I called BioLife they do accept doctors note.
There was a Hurrucaine Irna that decided to visit. Please call first our office as we might have been called to assist elsewhere.
Yes the first 8 donations will total up to $1,100 for those who are new donors. After that it is dependent upon your weight
You are right ot don't make no sense at all
Yes more chairs for when long wait times! 2 souls helping each other will give you the most beautiful feeling! If your unsure of what plasma helps others with Google it please!! ✌️♥️ The app is great too because you can see how many patients are helped.
They do accept people who don't speak English fluently but they have to be sure you understand the questions they are asking.
Depends on how much you weigh but its 30 to 45 depending on your weight like i said
As long as you don't have pre-existing health issues and are at weight. Eat a good meal and about drink 2ltrs of water the day of your donation. After you go drink at least 1ltr more of water and you will do great.
As long as it is under control yes but have a list of meds you take.
Yes they will take your w-2
No, you just need to be in decent health
No they are not open today. They will be closed until further notice
I really don't know because I've just moved to Lakeland FL in May
No, we don't except birth certificates, but he can take in his taxes which will show his social security number. Also, have him take in a proof of address that is postmarked within the last 60 days. Make sure he drinks a gallon of water the day before and half a gallon the day of donation and eats a full meal no more than an hour before he gets there.
The whole process for new donors takes about 4 to 5 hrs. So don't go on a day that you have apts or work because you will not be there on time. Csl is still having the promo for $1100/mo for new donors which is alot more than bio life onS. Florida by Home depot. At Csl it's walk in only ...NO apts like bio life. Csl is very short staffed that's why the delay on 1st visit. If accepted they do put you in the very front of each line to have blood tested and to go donate on your 1st time. Make sure to have a current State ID/passport with picture, ss card, and a bill with mailing address on it. No junk mail (bill can be on phone). So to truly answer your question, your physical probably wouldn't happen till closer to 7 or 8 if you arrived at 6am due to be so short staffed. They are hiring if anyone reading this is interested. Only minimal customer service skills needed to apply for the registration job.
They are severely understaffed. That is most likely the reason.
18 you can go to their website and it will tell you all the items you need to bring for first visit. The 1st visit is VERY long (4 to 5 HOURS no joke) but they are paying the most in the area. No apts, just walk in with your items. Make sure you are a person with good blood pressure (not sure of the bumbers) and heart rate (not over 100 at the time they test you) they will give you 15 more minutes for your heart rate or BP to go down if it's too low. They also check Iron levels
145-155 refer me I've been going over 3 years since my dad died I'm about to be on wall if u send me ur phone number u will make an extra 50 bucks when I send u mine code
Right now I believe it's 70.
It is hit or miss here, high turnover rates with employees, phlebotomists seem inexperienced tend to hurt and I wind up with being double stuck a lot
Call them ,they have a long list.
To help make medicine for very ill people. Making a difference. Every donation counts.
Yes
well they're closed today and until further notice until they hear what's going to happen with the hurricane and what kind of damage will happen so they're closed normally it is 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on the weekend it's I think 7 to 7 not positive on that
Yes
Not sure best just to call and ask
No. You need a proof of adress from the last 30 days
They check ur vitals and ur health to make sure ur healthy enough to donate its not a physical like jobs but when u go make sure to take an I.D. ur social security card and a piece of mail with ur current address on it dated within in the last 30 days
They ask about tattoos, scars, identifying marks. Any drugs your taking, surgeries. Check blood pressure, heart sounds.
The same amount as you normally would get you don't become a new donor until after 6 months of not being there
Yes. Just take all your info they say it has to be 7 days after you last donate there ..
Yup thur
Lightbill
Go early
Felony charges do not determine whether or not you are suitable to donate.
They take the last person when the door closes. No appointment though, just walk ins.
No not necessarily. It really depends how your veins look under an inflated cuff. They cannot use a hand vein unfortunately.
You should be able to within the guidelines. I moved from Pennsylvania and was able to donate without an issue. Just bring in all the necessary documents they require and be honest on when you last donated and the location.
I live in lake Alfred and donate at csl plasma in Lakeland
How much does biolife pay?
since you wisited on 8/19 and 8/23 .... 8/26/17 and 8/30/17.... after you donate they always say when you can return.
