I don't know if it's normal ER practice to have all the nurses sitting on their phones at the desk, with patients who are in pain, but every time I've had to bring someone here, this is all they do. Why do I have to go out and remind the nurses the a patient is in pain and needs attention? And when I went out to ask how long it would be for the patient to have a CAT scan the response was "oh my God who's his nurse?" The nurses on staff today are poor excuses for human. We left and they noticed 45 minutes later!

I was told by my primary care doctor to go to my closest ER regarding a tooth infection. Should have driven the extra hour and went somewhere else. Worthless staff. After 2 hours I still hadn't been taken care of but I heard all the nurses gossip so it wasn't for lack of staff. Never going back.

I also would be give a negative rating. The nurses at the reception desk are nasty and just straight out mean. We got here at 2:30 pm and we’re not called in until 6:45 pm. There is no respect for the patient. The ER rooms are absolutely filthy. Someone else’s dry blood on the freaking table. Nasty, Nasty, Nasty. No wonder covid is still so high. The rooms look as if they haven’t been cleaned in months. Just look at the floors.For these reasons I give this hospital no stars and highly recommend that you go to another hospital.
