My wife an myself came to visit your showroom always see your tv ads so we wanted to visit the wow factor instead very disappointed your receptionist was very cordial she directed us to the area. We wanted to make appointment to visit our brand new home in Valencia Bonita I retired after 50 years in auto industry was a Cadillac dealer I prided myself on the professionalism my employees however we wanted to redo shower floor and a whole stone wall in living room your salesperson said we don’t just do the floor, “ok so upsell me customize my master shower we are open to suggestions” didn’t even mention the stone wall, just let us walk out. long story short never ask us to sit down take some info phone number etc I know the owner wouldn’t be happy I’ve always believed it’s not what we sold it’s what we didn’t sell .

From start to finish the quality of professionalism and work from Cornerstone on our kitchen and bathroom renovation was outstanding. It started out with Dylan Remonda as the Salesman and Designer working with us on a new layout for our kitchen and master bath and finished up with Nick Spears as our Project Manager on the entire renovation. Dylan worked with us from start to finish and Nick made sure every little was accounted for and done properly. Daily updates and work to be preformed was professional and very detailed. This communication just does not happen today from very many contractors. Issues as they came up were professionally addressed and resolved in a timely manor. We are very pleased with the work that was done and would certainly recommend CornerStone and especially recommend both Dylan Remonda and the Salesman/Designer and Nick Spears to be your Project Manager. 5 stars to the CornerStone Team.

The quality of work on completion is beautiful. When there were problems they were conscientious about getting them resolved. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was it seemed they overbooked customers during the post-Covid surge, therefore our project took way too long. But the staff was great. Jason Chilver, our project manager/design consultant , was always helpful and getting answers to any questions we had. No run-around excuses. Their workers were friendly and trustworthy. I would recommend Cornerstone…just be prepared for frustrating delays…and that seems to be common right now in everything. (Last picture is a “before”)
