First and foremost I wouldn’t give them 1 star if I didn’t have to, Worst place to rent ..management horrible these guys in the office very rude and unprofessional..trash always everywhere. My sister fridge not working over two months now she put so many order for them to change it they rather send multiple people to look at it ,broke it more than fix it .. rent so high not worth insecurity people park in front of your apartment for no particular reason I can go on. If you looking for a place don’t even think about moving here not safe .

Please do not go to rent there It's a theft. They ask for 729 dollars to study the application. Then they told me I needed $5,020 more They don't return the 720 dollars... I will go to the police and lawyer

They do but they wont do anything about anything . hell my nieces and my nieghbors kids went and cleaned the trash out side after we asked them for a month to clean it up.

Why doesn't anyone email me back? Or answer my calls? I want my application fee back since there is no availability and no garuntee I can put a deposit down

This place just honestly sucks and there probably never going to answer your calls or help you at all

Lousy service NEVER SOLVE THE PROBLEMS, it's 11 p.m. and I'm with the air conditioning that doesn't work and the maintenance ones told me they can't work more than 05:00 p.m. and there's no refrigerant gas to recharge and solve

Why is it anytime i ask for help with a problem neighbor you guys cant do anything about it? But if they complain about me you guys send me a 7 day notice to comply? Just curious on why spanish is more important around here than a white family.

I keep reading about bed bugs ....are roaches and bedbugs an issue? How often does pest control come around?

They only come if you ask them but it takes about a week for them to show but the stuff they use doesnt do anything i have to treat my own apt with roach traps && combat && they still come out of no where from the people around living around you. My neighbors out back are why i cant keep control of them. As for bed bugs i never knew about that and iv lived here for 12 years.

I do not understand why my neighbor has 2 adults and 4 vehicles. This leaves me everyday parking at the next building down. This is so frustrating. When I call the office if they answer the ohone all they say is there isn't anything they can do.
