The store is very clean and the associates are very helpful. The only complaint about DSW I have is the men's section seems to get smaller every year so the selection for men is very slim. DSW used to carry a ton of different styles for dress shoes and now you are lucky to see 20.

If you are asking for women, yes they have tons of boots. The men's selection is a little slimmer but they do have them.
