Pros: Super fun restaurant idea. Love the tap wall and the menu is fantastic. Love the vibe—very trendy aesthetic. Our server was so sweet, food came out promptly, and everything was delicious! Cons: terrible management. It was our first time here and I was having a hard time with the taps. I asked the manager for help and he originally didn’t even come over but when he did, he mansplained something completely unrelated to the problem I was having. Then, he told us that the tap wall and kitchen close 15 minutes before posted closing. I know it’s “normal” for a kitchen to close earlier but the drinks too? We got there about 45 minutes before the posted close time but actually only had 30 minutes to order/get drinks and taps were already starting to shut down when we got there and there were still many people in the restaurant. The worst part was that he pressured our server to rush us out many times starting BEFORE the posted close time. At 9:15, as we were finishing our drinks, he came out and said “you guys have 10 more minutes.” I have worked in the restaurant business for 5+ years and I could not imagine rushing customers like this after we were cashed out and prebussed so closely after closing time. We were on the patio so we weren’t in the way or holding anyone up. I feel like they were trying to be efficient in closing but it came across that that was more important than the actual customers in the restaurant. Terrible customer service and won’t come here again because of it. If you can’t value your customers, I don’t even want to know the other areas they’re lacking and that’s not the kind of place I want to support.
