Greyhound: Bus Station

Flagstaff employee front desk That guy needs to be warned It's not the customers fault for any computer failures that greyhound have, he said they can't print out or do. Just because my phone couldn't access my E ticket he told me I'm sorry there is nothing I could do, he said if it doesn't have a bar code to scan the driver won't let you on, Really when i do my confirmation number And details on my email saying it's paid for. I was there on time that what matters to me and that I'm getting on that bus. So I have contact the 1800 number thank God someone answered and I explained it He told me to just show driver the confirmation. I'm not so mad at the driver or the one that answered right away, he did verify my name and said ok.. It's the white heavy looking guy that works inside the building, He basically told me if I didn't have my bar code to scan than I won't get on the bus, he can't make that decision right away, He said the driver won't let me in the bus, that just made me feel really sad, I'm actually filing a complaint against him because not only this is my first time with Flagstaff but I'm trying to make it back home to lasvegas my family expecting me for my brother funeral 💔 I lost him two weeks ago, my heart still hurts and I planned on booking my bus to get to Vegas safe, it's rainining hard too. I was afraid Because I didn't know Flagstaff that well.. And the worst part is I paid for my ticket that I w wasn't able to retrieve..... He needs to stop putting wrong information out there, and be more of an assistance and be more kind when answering questions. If the company is reading this please I want to make sure this gets fixed.

Place closes early. It's Arizona know as one of the top hottest places in America. But its upper Arizona mountains so a little cooler. You will be mostly outside waiting on bus to come for over a hour at this stop

Flagstaff- Super unhelpful, ignorant staff ( only one was there). Not sure restrooms can be locked from inside ( but usable). Whole food store is nearby. Bus stops named north, south, east ,west. Better to have an idea of your destination’s direction

Really horrific i wonder what they actually spend on infrastructure because it looks like they spend nothing it looks and smells like a homeless hotel with all the trimmings like urine stained walls and the smell is atrocious I actually had to leave I canceled my trip and I will never set foot inside of another greyhound station just like Detroits 8 mile rd just stay away and it's healthier for you
