Employees were very helpful, which is why it is 3 star instead of lower. Store is lacking in organization and availability of Electronic products in several areas. I would check ahead to see if they have what you are looking for in store before going there. Also, in the tablets section there were virtually no displays of options or boxes on the shelf.

I made an appointment for screen repair two days ago at the Bluebonnet location in Baton Rouge,La. The appointment was scheduled for 11:40 AM. As the email instructed I arrived 5 mins earlier with my device backed up. After going to the Geek Squad desk the associate told me that there was no tech there to do the repair, she did not know when one would be in and I should just go to the Apple store.It is very frustrating being that I drove 25 minutes to the store just to be turned around. I then went to the mobile area to ask about replacing my screen protector. There the associate was very dry seemed to not want to be at work at all. I do not appreciate how I was treated and the fact that an appointment was made but I still was unable to get my screen repaired was an inconvenience. I don’t plan on visiting this location anymore so I made an appointment at another location. I hope a tech is there at my scheduled time. I would prefer not to inconvenienced by Best Buy again.

Great place to shop. There were associates ready to help without asking for it. I had 3 different employees assist me before I could ask. Everyone was great. There were plenty of associates at checkout too. It was a quick in and our. Much appreciated.

Yes they are allowing people into the store to shop. No appointment needed.
Try taking it into thier geek squad or check your warranty

They dont buy. As long as it is under 32 inches they will take it for free. Anything bigger and there is a fee.
I think that is an old model, they don't carry the higher storage versions of old models only the current ones.

Some of the geek squad not all can help you..."I Think up to 14 days the mobile division will allow a return...also this is where the insurance kicks in if u selected the option with ur plan...this is where u send in ur current phone for a new/refurb...keep ur battery or any stylus pen etc that originally came with phone..to get it replaced...insurance cost will be 150 to 300 bux
Check the website and make sure to put the store near you so if they do you can pick one up...and radio shack went out of business years ago.
We would have to call them and find out what their return policy is on that TV because each part of electronics has a different length of time that you have to be able to turn it back in such as two weeks one month 90 days you need to find out what the term is on Smart TVs I don't know offhand what it would be everything I turned in has been within a day or two
