After waiting over 30 minutes for our food we started to leave. The waitress assured us our food would be out in the next few minutes. Yeah, it was. My pancakes were cold. You're better off going to Cracker Barrel or even waffle house.

…Waitress was attentive and friendly, although she needs more help. Our food came out a little later than expected, which made the food cold & sort of tasteless. I hated to complain bc there’s was only one waitress, but she took care of the situation and handled it professionally. The boss/manager came out to access the already solved problem, but apparently couldn’t solve the bickering… (There were arguments flown around the room from employee to employee.. )The only real problem is time management and short staffing. (We didn’t ask for more food.. there was already a crowd of people waiting in line & we didn’t wanna be selfish..)

Every time we come here we try to think the best of it, but we are always let down. This store went through a recent renovation, so we thought things might be better. When we arrived there was no one to greet us and we stood there waiting for over 10 minutes. When we were eventually seated, the service was slow and our waitress was overloaded with other duties. They had no clean silverware and gave us plastic utensils instead. The food came out greasy and hard to even eat. We will not be coming back for a long while.

There was no management at the store at all, no support for the 5 people working the entire establishment (who did a good job considering that it was severely understaffed), no one to help us or anybody else check in - another customer took over putting people on the waitlist! The place was actually very clean, which was surprising, so kudos to the staff who were actually at work. Seriously consider going somewhere else before coming here.
