We eat at this franchise all across the country. With the consistent good service, reasonable prices, cleanliness, and good food they remain one of our go-to stops when we are hungry when traveling and at home. Highly recommend for anyone trying to find good food consistently. This particular location has been very acceptable on many occasions when passing through Flagstaff. Thanks for helping us end two weeks on the road with a final good meal.

Let people eat in some peace, please. Friday night is busy I get it. You want people in and out. But asking if the guests are okay every 2-3 mins and asking if they want some to go boxes and then setting the to go food on the table while they are still finishing up their meal is too much. That is not why people go out to eat after a long week. Fortunately the food was good (not always the case). I hope the restaurant GM reads this and implements “some training.”

Met the kids here for dinner.. We've been scattered since evacuation due to the Tunnel Fire so this was a chance to catch up a little and spend some time together. The service was excellent, Emily was back around quite frequently to check on us and accommodated the vegans in the group by putting cheese and dressing on the side for the salad.

The food was good comfort, they are generous with their salad, soup and bread stick. The eggplant parmesan with spag. The lasagna was delicious as well.
