Two part review: staff experience and the suit. Staff experience: Brian and staff provided incredible customer service for my first bespoke fitting and suits purchase. Staff was very friendly and quickly arranged my initial appointment and were very flexible due to my work schedule. Brian broke down every aspect of a bespoke fitting and provided without question his background and experience that led him to where he is today. He is the most current and up to date tailor I’ve met, constantly keeping up with the trends. His business is very well designed and has a welcoming feeling. Brian had a very personable character and is very easy to converse with, which made the experience more enjoyable. Now for the suits: Brian was able to take every aspect of what I needed due to my job and apply that to a perfect fitting suit that allowed mobility but not so much that it looked unprofessional. I was told numerous times that the rooms I was in amongst many others my suit stood out the most. One person didn’t recognize me because I was so well dressed in the suit that I blended perfectly because I normally don’t wear suits. I originally went in for two suits but had such a great experience and the suits were such great quality that I ended up purchasing a third one. I highly recommend Brian and his staff if looking for a high quality suit and provides an experience that is unmatched. Thank you Brian and staff
