This stores has so much to offer. Unfortunately, Kroger is still lacking regarding customer service & register training. They would not honor prices. Were argumentative & dismissive. A sad situation today.

The short female in receiving( either she's Mexican or from Central America) is toxic and seems like an racist. She has given me attitude problems along with other Afro American-Black Men. But she doesn't keep that same energy with other people or her own kind. She is negative, low spirit, incompetent, and worthless as a receiving clerk. Her entire vibe is just atrocious.

How is Grocery pickup is getting worse after the pandemic? I’ve always had great experiences at this location but Needs better communication with guest BEFORE they pickup the order. Pickup is should be for convenience. Is not when you have to pickup and then find a parking spot to now walk in the store and get the items the store associate didn’t substitute in your pickup order after it was listed and you left suggestions.

5 stars go to this store because of Jordyn the cashier. She was AMAZING! I am 8 months pregnant and recently got on the WIC program. Sadly when you sign up they don’t give you too much info about how to actually use it in the store. …
