This is one of the best Ulta locations I have ever visited as a customer! The customer service was excellent from waking into the store and being greeted, to assistance on the floor, to checkout. The merchandising was great as well and everything was clean and organized.

Tried to pressure me into providing my phone number when making a purchase. I declined and the sales person got an attitude with me. She FALSELY claimed I had to give my phone number to make a purchase. If I didn’t provide my phone number, I couldn’t return the items in the future. First of all, I don’t intend to return what I bought and have never returned anything to Ulta. Second of all, that’s not even true. Clearly, she is ignorant of company policy. Here it is: Product(s) returned within 60 days of the original purchase that include the original receipt (or can be verified in our system using your Ultamate Rewards member ID), will be fully refunded via the original form of payment. Otherwise, the refund will be made in the form of an in-store credit
