Victoria has to be the rudest manager company wide! Never have I had such rude service in all my days patronizing this company. She racially profiled me and refused to assist me. Starbucks do better with your manager hiring. Victoria should not be working there if she refuses to assist customers regardless of their race! Looking at the rest of the reviews I see why this location has 3 stars. If I could give NO stars I would. Upset and Disappointed with this location.

I really like this Starbucks. They are quick and accurate making my drink, and I like the ambiance at this store. The only negative is the design of the entrance. Sometimes the drive thru line backs up and blocks the way to get through and park.

I’ve only frequented this Starbucks a few times, but in 2/3 of those times it took over 15 minutes to get through the drive through, and the line wasn’t very long in either occasion. Just very slow service. I understand that post pandemic we need to be more patient about these sorts of things, but I don’t experience these delays at other locations. Just this one. If you’re in a rush, go elsewhere. If you have no timeline, this place is fine!

We bought brunch. I chose the protein meal with chicken, hummus and veggies. I got a prepackaged snack like the ones they sell in the grocery store two for $5. I cost $6.95 so I assumed it was a meal. It was actually less substantial than the snack. Never again will I order a "meal" there. Only coffee beverage.
