RUN TO ANOTHER COMPANY!!!! Constantly having issues and customer service is abysmal. They constantly mess up my payments and have no sympathy for how it affects the lives of their customers. The staff can’t fix any issues and they claim supervisors will call back but they never do.

They sure don't care to answer the phone to you. Wanted to cancel because of the reviews and no answers. They told me you make the payments They don't take them out and woke up to 77$ missing. It's a joke

HOW DOES CONSOLATING YOUR DEBT EFFECT YOUR CREDIT SCORE

Hi Merri-Beth - it depends on your creditors. Credit Counseling agencies do not report your participation in Debt Management to the Credit Bureaus Some creditors may report participation. Typically however, regular and timely payments combined with balances that are decreasing will always have a positive impact on credit scores in the long run!
