Advertises that they are open 7 days a week from 8am-2pm. I went WAY out of my way to go to the Dogpatch location. Arrived at 11am and the industrial door was closed. Tried calling but there's no way to reach them at either location on the phone. The Dogpatch phone says to go online and write an email, OR you can press 3 to be transferred to the Ferry Building location. Tried that several times; the line was busy. Today I tried again twice to reach the Ferry Building. The outgoing message said "this call cannot be completed." Then I rang the Ferry Building location directly and the call just dropped. I specifically wanted to buy the butter but there's no way to order that online. Are you guys going out of business? Sure seems like it ...

Bagels aren’t great, more just like a flavored bread, but cream cheese really was a big miss. It’s more like a dry cottage cheese spread. Not for me, didn’t finish my bagel.

Bagels aren’t that good and variety was terrible. I asked for a mixed dozen in a box but was given 16 in only 3 varieties in 3 bags. $41 for 16 bagels is expensive. They don’t toast bagels. They don’t print receipts. The cashier didn’t understand English and is why the order was screwed up. The place looks cool and clean.

Definitely a pricey bagel, but they are dense and chewy, like a bagel should be. I'm an extra toasted bagel person, and they don't toast, but it doesn't even need it tbh! For all those bitchin about the cream cheese. Get some culture 😤 the cream cheese is the bomb. I go here 80% just for the cream cheese. That being said, the tub isn't enough for the packs of bagels the sell.

Hi! Thanks for asking. Here is what we are doing to keep our team and customers safe: 1. All employees log in everyday and go through a symptom checklist. 2. We have a professional cleaning company that pays extra attention to surfaces for cleaning. 3. We have a 7,000 square foot space that is new and has a large and new vented throughout the building HVAC system. 4. We keep our doors open for additional ventilation 5. We have a full time team member that cleans and we have a check list for surfaces and bathrooms. 6. We are limiting those inside our space to order to 12. 7. Most of our team members get tested each week at the local Bayview Opera House as there is no appointment needed Mon and Thur and is free! Great resource. 8. One of our owners and managing partners is a physician at UCSF and he has been keeping the team updated as to the most current science and safety practices. 9. We require mask at all times for our team and customers. 10. We require 6 ft spacing.
