So the school sends my kid home with high quality prints from this company with zero watermark and expects people to pay after the fact......you gave the photos away. I never agreed to having to return anything if I didn't want to buy it. That's called a gift. On top of that, you gave them to a 7 year old....what if he damaged them on the way home? I'm not paying for that. Also, would it hurt you to check the focus on your images. They eyes need to be sharp the camera was clearly focused on my kid's bangs. I don't imagine your business lasting too long if you're giving the product away and asking for payment afterwards...

Unfortunately our children’s elementary school uses Gerardy for photos…we were shocked to find out that there are no digital downloads offered! This company is a relic of the past with overpriced print packages, outdated backgrounds, and no efforts made to help their many dissatisfied customers voicing concerns online. We will not be ordering any school pictures going forward unless their business practices change significantly, or our elementary elects to use a different photographer.

While placing an order for my son's obnoxiously overpriced school pictures, I was very disturbed to find that Gerardy Photography tried to persuade me to pay them an extra $9 to "touch up" my 7 year old's face in his school pictures. HE'S SEVEN YEARS OLD. Shame on them for prioritizing profits over our youth's self esteem. I'm urging my school to find a new photographer.

Gerady has been our school photographer for the past 4 years and each year I ask if they have an option to digitally download the photo. This company could easily be more sustainable and DECREASE prices. Parents do not want to pay $58 for a CD or Flash drive of 4 photos. Please listen to your customers!
