Sauna is closed. Covid cases are at an all time low, its summer, and saunas are a thing that helps people stay healthy. Seems like the owners just want to keep it closed, so they have one less maintenance thing to worry about.... Don't know if I'll ever be back.

We had a beautiful patio and it overlooked a small lake. Dishwater didn’t work tho.

Not impressed at all. We went to a lot of timeshare resort. Compare to the Westin and Hyatt on kaanapili beach in Maui, this place is like from a resort to a motel. First of all, the check in lobby smells like those city center public elevator (smell of urine) l….It is outdated also. Secondly, Two staff working there with very low efficiency. Stand in line for 20min, they told me check in time is 4:30pm. And it is 3:56pm, I can’t get my key. I have to come back. They had me sign one piece of paper but didn’t offer me a copy of the document. I came back again around 6:16pm and have to stand in line for another 30min to just pick up the key. When we were in Westin Maui, we arrived early also. They gave us the key when we check in and said will text us once the room is ready. So we went lunch and during our lunch our room is ready and we can settle in without go back to the front desk. Third, this location is middle of nowhere which I knew before I come. I don’t know why it is part of Hyatt vacation club, it brings down the level of brand soooo much, like Hyatt bought a motel 6 but didn’t change the management and staff to Hyatt level…. We went Welk in truckee also last winter, that’s a “Hyatt level” one. This one, definitely fell out of the line….

This place is horrible and a scam. They scammed my elderly FIL into their timeshare scheme and it took us years to get him out of the contract. Stay away at all cost.
