My food was undercooked. I never received my ice coffee that I paid for through door dash. And no one answers the phone when you call. I had to recook my Food. Wow very disappointed.

Terrible experience. The staff is unprofessional, the food was terrible…an omelette with raw cut vegetables in it? 🤢 My husband ordered a bagel and cream cheese. They put plain cream cheese on then when he told them it wasn’t the cream cheese he ordered they said well we don’t have that kind. He asked why they allowed him to order it and she shrugged and said well we don’t have it. They forgot the bacon with my child’s pancakes…when I brought it up I was asked who took my order..when I told her she rollled her eyes. The pancakes were waxy texture and looked more like pizza dough, they tasted awful. For a $45 breakfast with a gracious 20% tip when you have to get your own food and clean your own table we will not be back. Paneras bagels are just as good and that’s not saying much.

I ordered sausage and bacon egg cheese everything bagel egg salad and rainbow bagel cream cheese and jelly they forgot my egg salad and took forever.
