Well we were told u can get a free cake for ur birthday so we came in then the lady told us u had to be 13 to get a free cake on your birthday and it was for my 4 year old son. Then she didn’t even say anything else and walked away. She was very RUDE will not come back. Needs no stars!!!

Check your Buntinnis! Picked up a order for my nephews graduation, when we opened the box they were damaged as if the box was bumped. Luckily I purchased a second order at the store to add to my sisters initial order. We were able to take pictures with the second order, but if I hadn’t purchased more we would’ve not been able to take picture. Management, encourage your employees to check the orders one last time before they leave the store or if they accidentally bump a finished order have them check it. You may be ruining someone’s special occasion. Gentleman with the ear gages gave me great customer service.
