No phone number you can call and they do not respond to tickets you file online. Can't even fix broken games they charge extra for early access but by time every other person gets it those of us who pay for early access are still in the dark if we are ever going to get the content we payed for anyway.

Customer Support? No Chat, no phone number, and the ticket group working problems can't even find my account, though I am logged in with it submitting a ticket. I think it is time to stop support of this group entirely, you won't see my dollars again.

Phone number does nothing and the support hours are wrong. There is no online chat help available during the times specified for my area. Thank you for nothing.

Horrible. Unable to contact anyone for support. Gift card expired while waiting for their only method of support via online. The only positive reviews for this company seem to be from employees.

Not the best place to ask but generally make sure your connection is working properly, that you a have Uplay account, and if it is downloaded you may need to see in store purchase for the online or the key may be bad.

I keep calling Ubisoft and I don’t know how to contact one of the people. I need to be unbanned it just keeps banning me for no reason. Ubisoft can you take me off ban?
