I feel like for a game like fortnite all skins should be available for all platforms. There should be no exclusive skins in fortnite it’s a game for all players on any platform.

Probably never, They literally stole $40 from me and they refused to refund it. I was even cool if they would have just transferred the $40 into vbucks that I could of used. They also refused that offer as well the customer service rep said it was that was against their policies. But some how theft isn't still fighting it currently 27 emails and still nothing and they wanted me to jump through some crazy hoops so far. Long story short merged two accounts so I could play on my PC and ps4 set up the 2fa for the main ect. Fast forward almost 2 years tried to buy a copy of save the world for a family member and somehow it bought it for an account that was already merged that already had save the world on it... and epic says theres nothing they can do they could easily make it right but they wont. I'm pretty sure the customer support is in some foriegn country, maybe try sending a letter to epics headquarters in South Carolina, maybe if enough people do they might actually fix something.

That has happened to me before. Just contact epic or if your on PlayStation contact them. They will ask a series of questions that you have to answer for security reasons such as your email or PlayStation username. I wish we could all receive free items from them but the way the cooperate interprise works is equal limitations to all fortnite players, for instance if they give you something like 1,000 V-bucks on your birthday then they would have to do the same to those million other players.
