The Manager is very un polite, walked in she stood there and looked at me as if I didn’t just walk in. No greeting or anything, very bland and RUDE. Called about my application, was told that her computer was froze. So I decided to just go in to the property, this is when the manager stained at me. Lettie, was the one who I was dealing with. She was the one who stated the computer was froze and she would give me a call once it comes back up. When. I walked in the computers were up an running her self in the manager was in another office talking and lounging. They don’t answer the phones, they give you false information. I’ve reached out to corporate about my application because I was told false information. Bad management/workers will honestly turn people away, so whoever the owners is need to do some drop ins.

There is no insulation in the townhomes so expect high electric bills!
