they do not respect the prices that they have on line. I bought 2 front break calipers in $ 98.18, but when I went to pick up, they charge on my credit card $ 114.00 each.

DO NOT TRUST SERVICE and DO NOT TRUST FORD TOWING. My brand new Ford broke down in NYC late at night. Ford Towing was getting it to Koeppel the next day, but the tow truck didn't pick it up so it ended up being two days later. It was scheduled to be there around 3pm. I called at 9:30am and was transferred over to a manager who I had to leave a message for. I called back at 11:30am, and they said they wouldn't service it for 2 weeks. After some back and forth, they agreed to take it as Ford Towing already scheduled it to go there, and I tried working on getting it towed off their lot and to another Ford. When the tow truck came they completely denied the car, refused to say that they did agree to take it in a few hours before, and so my car was brought right back into NYC.

The customer experience during the buying process is very good, as should be expected. Unfortunately, the service department would benefit from being more responsive, pleasant and customer focused: no I should not part from my car for a whole week when you are not going to look at it for 6 days for a GPS malfunction (car is driveable); no I should not have to schedule an oil change or inspection 3-4 weeks ahead. Lease buy-out was long and cumbersome: it took longer than leasing the car in the first place.

Mr Mirza went above and beyond during the whole process from greeting me to getting all the paper work done and walking out with the car. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable person I would highly recommend him to anyone who goes to this dealership especially if you want a great experience while buying a brand new car.
