well , not the best experience ordered on the phone , said about 30 minutes for ordered to be ready. As I got there to pick up my order , was about 10 customers waiting. Took the counter person 5-10 min to ask what my name was for order , then told me and 15-20 min wait for my order Well I waited 40 minutes for my order , and all they offered for compensation was a free 2 liter WOW ,,,, really , , , better get something fixed here I lived in Hamburg and Blasdell Pizza was the go to growing up. But this location gives them a bad wrap !!!! very disappointed , will never order their again

Wow I always have a good experience when I go there. But I'm from the East side we don't have a lot pf choice pizzerias in my area. I've never had a problem
