Online order failure. Not much sympathy at the counter other than putting a replacement order in and letting me sit in the parking lot for another 20 minutes. Nothing expedited, and not even a, “We will bring it out to you as soon as it’s done.” Nothing. Then I walked in and the young lady who took my re-order let the girls at the counter ask me again about my order while she slipped away to grab it. Then she just slid it across the counter… no words. Very sad experience for a company that claims higher prices (on purpose) for a superior product. Maybe it’s time to rethink that marketing platform.

Asked for saucy fingers, they were not. Asked not to have meat in my salad but there is. Asked for extra blue cheese, there wasn't. I paid for every extra I asked for. Very disappointed ☹️
