The place is going down hill since the new manager Carrie took over I used to order all the time but now it's nothing but problems every time I order they mess it up

Picked up a sub yesterday and it was not as ordered. Lots and lots of problems there lately

Everything there has gone down except prices they went up. After ordering from them for many years I gave them up. There customer service sucks and food quality not close to what it use to be.

I wouldn't order from them either if I was you there tacos are small as hell now my old lady used to work there and they're the bomb I don't know what happened that place is going to hell it's going down hill that I end up getting shut down sooner or later

Thank you all for your feed back. We will address the employees about wearing gloves. We will make sure that everyone answering phones knows the proper wait/delivery times. As well as make sure the cooks have the food done on time.
