Thank you all for your feed back. We will address the employees about wearing gloves. We will make sure that everyone answering phones knows the proper wait/delivery times. As well as make sure the cooks have the food done on time. We apologize about these inconveniences and will be working to hopefully gain your trust in us back our customers are apart of the longevity we have been able to successfully uphold. Worse than that is employee's not wearing gloves when making the food.
Do something about your customers waiting in oven like heat.....after being told their food would be ready!
Just say a realistic time of being ready. Especially if your extremely busy...
