Pizza is actually great but employees can be a bit off putting with behavior towards customers. A few instances of odd behavior by their employees has turned me off to this location.

They have the best pizza around. Anytime that I am near one of their restaurants, I always try to stop in for a slice or two. Take out only, unfortunately, but that's no reason to pass up a slice of the best pizza in Buffalo

Called to place an order for some people I work for. Picasso's refused to accept cash once they knew the order was for a group home. The only reason they even knew it was a group home was because I happened to mention it after asking if they accepted cash delivery before placing the order. They do accept cash for delivery by the way, but apparently NOT for people with disabilities living in group homes. The reasoning was issues with other places, however there has never been an issue with this house so why should the people here be punished? Thanks, we will go back to ordering from Pesci's where they appreciate our business.
