Tom was great!!!!! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. As I absolutely love my trailblazer, I will not be getting a new car anytime soon when I do however, Tom will definitely be the guy. In the meantime, I will just refer him to others.

So, the experience started out ok. then a few days after my purchase they offer $1000 in free accessories. obviously they knew the sale was coming. but would not honor the promotion for me. then told me to call Chevrolet and maybe they would help. so they're not willing to help their customers in house which is really pathetic. secondly i ordered accessories with my truck that were suppose to be delivered to another dealership. its been 2 weeks. i called the other dealership and they said they were told about it but had no idea when and where the parts were coming from. so where are my parts? guess nobody knows but hey at least Cappellino got paid for them in advance. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
