5 my experience with the person handling my car was not good. You alway let the customer talk and you don't talk over them. When Randy was there I never had this problem. My car was towed in the previous day and my mom called to let them know that. I received a call at 11 am that he was sending it back to get tested. I asked would I get my car back today and he said probably not. And I said I will be calling the manager. I will never deal with Robert again

I was dissapointed that a performance issue I discussed with the service advisor was not addressed nor any notations noted on the service ticket/receipt. The performance issue I requested to be researched was my truck hesitating and very sluggish when accelerating after a deceleration or from rouding a corner or from a stop. Over $2k spent on my service bill and this was not addressed at all and not fixed. Still have the problem.

I made a 1 o’clock appointment for an oil change and head away 2 1/2 hours for the serviceNot only that the price that I usually pay there was $55 you people charged me 80 and I do get a synthetic oil change every time I go very disappointed
